Gentle Full Body Flow Welcome to this simple but powerful beginner-friendly Flex & Flow session! In just one practice, we’ll gently stretch the hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, and mid-back, while also waking up your core and helping you feel more aligned and balanced from head to toe. This flow is all about building strength and mobility in a way that feels good and doable, especially if you're just getting started or need something supportive and grounding. We’ll move through a mix of standing poses, gentle backbends, forward folds, twists, and light inversions—nothing too fancy, just real movement for real bodies.
